Booking a Reservation
To book a reservation for one of our properties, you must complete our reservation process, which includes providing us with your name, contact information, and payment information.
Advance Payment
In order to secure your reservation, we require an advance paymen of the total cost of your stay. The advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by Homy Real-Estate in writing.
Method of Payment
We accept payment via credit card, cash or other payment methods that we may make available on the Website.
Value Added Tax
All rates quoted on the Website are a net price for tourists. For Israeli citizens rates do not include VAT, 17% VAT will be applied to Israeli citizens in accordance with the Israeli law. unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy will be stated on the Website and is subject to change at any time by Homy Real-Estate.
Check-In
Check-in time is 15:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us know in advance.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need to check out later, please contact us in advance. Late check-out may be subject to additional fees.
Cleaning
There is a cleaning fee for your stay in amount according to the terms agreed upon in your reservation. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Prices
The prices for our properties are subject to change at any time without notice. The price for your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Damages
You are responsible for any damages caused to our properties during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or withhold your security deposit for any damages caused by you or your guests during your stay.
Liability
Homy Real-Estate is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during your stay. You agree to use our properties and Services at your own risk.
Terms of Use
You agree to use our Website and Services in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
Indemnification
