Introduction

Homy Real Estate (A.E.R) Ltd., Company No. 514249630 (the “Company”), is the owner of the website: homytlv.com (the “Website”).

The Company operates a business of short-term rental apartments and hotels (the “Business”). HOMY manages all of the Company’s properties – including serviced apartments in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, as well as its hotels (such as Allegro Hotel and Florentin House Hotel).

The purpose of the Website is to provide various services related to the Business, as detailed in the Website’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how the Company operates in relation to information provided by users in the course of using the Website.

This document details the types of information collected through the Website, including by external means, and the purposes of collection. It also describes users’ rights regarding their personal information.

The Company will maintain the information of Website users, and will not trade, sell, or transfer it to third parties except in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment No. 13 (2025), the Telecommunications (Bezeq and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and any other applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Website’s Terms of Use and of any other agreements between the user and the Company.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, by updating it on the Website.

Users who do not agree to this Policy may refrain from providing information. However, failure to provide information may prevent the Company from fully providing its services.

For convenience, this Policy is written in the masculine singular form but applies equally to all users.


Information Collected

Users are required to provide information for the purpose of making a booking through the Website, contacting them before or during their stay, or enrolling them in the Company’s loyalty program.

The information may include: full name, address, contact details, email, date of birth, and additional details as necessary.

Under the updated legal definition, personal information also includes data that allows identification with reasonable effort (such as IP addresses, technological identifiers, and location data). Sensitive personal information includes, among other things, medical, genetic, financial information, salary data, personal assessments, sexual orientation, and other details defined by law.

The user declares that the information provided by him is true, complete, and accurate, and that it is provided solely on his own behalf.

There is no legal obligation to provide the information; its provision is subject to the user’s consent.

The Website may also offer external services operated by third parties that collect personal information; the Company is not responsible for their use of such information. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of those third parties.


Use of Information

The Company may use the information in order to contact the user, provide updates about its activities, send newsletters, marketing offers, and services, as well as to tailor the service to the user’s needs – all subject to applicable law.

However, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for damage or loss resulting from unauthorized access or illegal use of information.

If the Company maintains a large database or extensive sensitive information, it will be required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) authorized to supervise data processing and liaise with the Privacy Protection Authority.


Access, Correction, and Deletion of Information

In accordance with the law, the user has the right to review the information held about him by the Company, and to request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date.

The user may request the deletion of certain personal information, and may also withdraw consent to the use of his information for direct marketing or advertising purposes.

Following Amendment 13, enforcement powers have been expanded: the Privacy Protection Authority is authorized to impose administrative fines (up to 5% of turnover), award compensation without proof of damage (up to NIS 15,000), and even initiate administrative or criminal proceedings in severe cases.
