The Check-in and Check-out to our amazing apartments is done independently according to detailed instructions sent in advance.
We are at your service around the clock, with full availability until midnight and limited availability between midnight until 9:00 AM the next day.
If there is a malfunction or a problem that requires help from us, we will be happy to assist remotely at any time or if necessary and according to the case, by a representative on our behalf physically in the apartment.
Reservation up to 21 nights stay:
A full refund will be given in case of cancellation up to 5 days from the date of arrival (unless it is a Non-Refundable policy reservation).
From 5 days before the date of arrival until the date of arrival, no refund will be given in case of cancellation.
Reservations for a stay of over 21 nights:
A full refund will be given in case of cancellation more than 21 days from the date of arrival.
Starting 21 days from the date of arrival, a non-refundable down payment of 25% of the reservation amount will be charged (or the amount of the first month if it is a reservation of more than a month).
**A partial refund will be approved by HOMY according to the circumstances and if necessary only.
In order to complete your reservation, you must enter valid credit card details. The charge will be made according to your reservation policy. If you want to make a payment by another method (such as cash, Bit, bank transfer), you can contact us by phone at 077-360-1600 or by email at email@example.com.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a message from us via DUVE.
Through this interface you will be asked to enter identifying details regarding your stay, upload a photo of your ID/passport and sign the House Rules document in a safe and easy way. At the end of the identification and registration process, you will get access to view all the information about the apartment, which includes a video showing how to enter the apartment, how to use appliances, guidebooks, etc.
Check-in from 15:00 PM – If possible, and based on availability only, early Check-In will be approved by Homy representatives only
Check-out until 11:00 – Late check-out is possible depending on availability, and you can make a reservation for this service from the DUVE Guest-App for an additional fee, the price and hours vary according to the seasons and the type of apartment.
Access – The guest will allow Homy employees to access the property for repair and inspection purposes, to show the property to future customers/guests
Security deposit – Homy may request from the guest a deposit in the form of credit authorization (or by any other form) in the amount of 1,500-2,500 ILS.
The guest age must be over 18 and she/he responsible for the sections below:
Smoking inside the property is forbidden.
Parties in the apartment are not allowed. The quiet must be maintained and it is strictly forbidden to play music or anything that might disturb the neighbors in the building. Also, guests not related to the reservation are not allowed to enter the apartment.
Bedding and towels are included in the reservation. Towels can’t be taken out of the apartment. Missing or ruined bedding and towels will incur a fine.
Homy is not responsible for the loss of the guest’s personal belongings or valuables. By accepting these terms, it’s agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm from using the property.
